Cat for adpotion

Dear people.
This cat doesn't belong to me. Its my GF's actually.
She is living on her own, and she will have to move to another place very soon.
The new LandLord strictly does not allow pets of any kind in the house. Thus she will have a problem bringing the cat along with her.
This is not a case of NON-COMMITMENT.

Thoughts of giving it to SPCA sends chill down my spine. We hate the idea of it. We also hate the idea of letting it roam in the streets. As this cat has been with her since it was just a kitten, we doubt it will survive well on the harsh streets.
We figured that putting it up for adoption will be the best interest for the cat.

Is there anyone wiling to take care of the cat? It is not some expensive fancy cat. It is a stray. Taken care of by its owner ever since it was a kitten. The cat is in a healthy and clean condition.
