Recent news of abandoned dogs are really heart ranching. I do understand that SPCA up to their ears with up to 700 hundred pets arriving at their door monthly. Most are put down. It suddenly hit me that if the Gorvenment could lease out land in all housing estates for the community to do their bit for these poor animals. Since plot of land are lease out for gardening,we could do the same for these animals. Schools could have a mini farm too and kids at schools are given the resposiblities to learn to take care of animals. That way,they know that a lot of work are involved before they pester their parents for pets.
Anyone has any ideas how we can help these poor ababdon animals?
