Will my JRT get confuse/hate me if i put him on foster care for 6days while i'm away?

I've adopted a jack russell from this lady a month or two back. That lady actually found him loitering around the street(Most probably abandon). And finally now, he has got himself a stable home. But i'll be going overseas for 5-6days and i'm actually getting the lady whom i adopted my dog from to foster him within that period of time.
I'm pretty worry that he might forgets me or we would drift and he will also get quite confuse why is he being 'pass around' all the time.
I cant place him at home because my parents do not provide him a routine walk/meals. They will walk and feed him. But timing wise is kinda irregular which i dont think it should be the correct way.
I dont know how to explain to my dog that i'll be gone for just a few days. He's a jack russell, and tend to be 'sticky' to me as his owner. Even when i'm leaving for work, he bites and bark - to show his unhappiness/tantrum.
Any professional here can advice? Will it be fine to allow him to be foster during that period of time when i'm overseas? Will we somehow drifted or upsets him?
