My Jrt is afraid of my dad...

Apple, my JRT, is afraid of my dad and we dont know why.. My dad cooks her meal , try to play with her and talk to her but she ran away from my dad lyk as if he will kill her...She even growl and bark at the door even when my dad is below the flat.. Does anyone have any idea how to make her not afraid of my dad? She's been with us for about 2 months ordy..
