My friend is planning to send her terrier to SPCA as she has no time for the dog. The terrier is not toilet trained and he 'can't' bark - not sure what happened though, the previous owner also no idea......
- I heard dogs sent to SPCA will not make it for adoption as they will most likely be put to sleep.
- Feel sorry for the dog....anyone wants to adopt him??
