I was browsing through other pet forums and I saw this video that provides some some really interesting tips from a pet trainer who teaches you how to leash your pets, and how to command your dog to 'sit' and 'heel'.
Apparently the video is created by Wishbone who has a campaign that helps fulfil wishes for pets and pets owners in Singapore. I actually posted about this wish granting thing previously too. This video shows how they fulfil the 1st wish - to help this girl, Yujia tame her Jack Russell who can't stop barking.
Cool huh?!!

It can also be used to provide a place that is closer to a natural den environment that dogs are used to and provides a place for the dogs which is away from problem areas like wires or fragile items.
To apply crate training properly, it is important to get a crate that is slightly bigger than the dog where he or she would be able to turn around. However, it should not be too big where the dog could go to the restroom on part of it and still lie down on the other part.
