want a dog, prefer a pair of beagle or lab

i want adopt a dog, no more than 1 year old , i prefer beagle or lab, other is okay, if possible a pair is good,
reasons are : im student live in flat with a big park, convenient to hang out with dog, wo both girls will be fine 2 dogs, i'll live in singapore 4 2years or more, if i back i will take them together.
