Adopt my boy chinchilla

i have a chinchilla, grey colored. it was left abandoned at my void deck when i found him a few years back. the boy's age is unknown.

will need someone who can take care of him. regular grooming on this boy, but due to health reasons i can't take care of him anymore.

how's the health condition of the chin, any vaccination needed if we decide to adopt?
