Looking for a small breed dog for adoption.

Hi, i'm looking for a small breed dog which is up for adoption. Preferable a toy poodle, schnauzer & maltese kind of size. Reason being, i've a toy poodle at home. Age, 3. He is blind in both eyes due to cataracts and we're looking for a dog as his companion which will be easily to guild him along the way throughout his life.
