With this service, user must state their contact number in their thread. We dont want to send out a mass mail and end up thread starter did not respond.

I don't really understand the rule and like to seek clarification b4 doing any posting. I am wanting to post for dog adoption, so can I post a new tread directly or do I send to u first for approval?

If in either, I will get notification at my email whenever any user reply to tread, istz?

you can post your thread direct starting a new thread. Notification mail will be sent on either when a user request us to notify those looking for adoption or when there a need for us to do so for example, if a dogs is found if no one adopt it, it will be put to sleep.etc
