Copepods
 

I'm looking for Copepods , can anyone tell me where I can find them ?

I want live ones and they have to be consistently available

They are tiny crustaceans that are used as fish feed , they are high in lipids , hufas , protein , carotinoids etc etc etc , feeding of Copepods has resulted in higher survival rates in crustaceans , seahorses , dragonets , gobies , samon , carp , herring and many more , they are superior to many formulated diets and have nutrition that meets and exceeded mysis , they are a great substitute for newly hatched brine shrimp due to being quite small , they are also superior in nutrition , they breed fast but need quite a lot of micro algae to do so , (you need to add some nutrients to the water to make it grow)
