How to get rep power and progress?
 

So , how exactly is it done ?

Under your profile picture (left side) there is a small icon of a "Weighing Scale"
click it and you can ADD or subtract reputation points.
for example i just click "ADD" to add points and i left my nick there to let u know i am the one that add.
