Sterilization Recovery
Hi guys!
I just sent my 2 y/o adopted female for sterilization. It has been 2 days and she is eating and drinking well. However, she hasn't gone to poop or pee at all. I'm kind of worried and anxious because she had been a stray all her life and isn't used to the litter box (she only used the litter box a few times before she realized it was much better to do her business outside - it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to train her!) but i'm trying to keep her inside until her incision heals.
Does anyone know when her first bowel movement after surgery should be? How long did your cat take to recover from sterilization?
