American Pitbull Terrier - does anyone know how to import to Singapore??

I've had an American Pitbull Terrier for the past 7 years in Jakarta. Now I've moved to Singapore and ran up to the brick wall of the (in?)famous Singapore bureaucracy since this type of dog is banned from being imported into Singapore. Does anyone know of a legal loophole or trick to import such a dog?

As the less shortsighted among us know, American Pitbull Terriers are the friendliest, hard working and loyal dogs on the planet it just depends how you bring them up! And I assure you that my APT has never hurt a fly, I've had a lot of dogs in my life and this one is absolutely the most good natured one.

Would appreciate any help, as I'm becoming quite desperate.
