when i was jogging around teck whye and saw two cat one at pavement(which was already dead) and another still on the road which was still alive(half alife). A kind motorist (couple) help to move the injure cat from the road to the grass which we witness it to death. It was a saddening scene as nothing much we can do. If any of you saw the vehicle who hit and run, kindly post it.
