Urgently need advise

Dear All Petlovers,

We boarded our JRT in a Pet Hotel due to certain reasons. Yesterday we had a call from the Pet Hotel that our JRT was bitten by another medium size dog. And do you it is actually a Bull Terrier? OMG! Immediately we went down and our JRT was badly injured. The skin of the neck was ripped open and he encountered few punctures around his body and head. Whole body covered by blood. Now he is in the hospital. Vet told us so far he is still ok after the injury. There is risk of using sedation and anethesia. We really feel painful when we see him and can see he is crying of pain in such condition.

The Pet Hotel is willing to pay for all medical bills and they ae willing to continue to take care of our JRT after he discharge from Hospital. We really feel injustice for our JRT. We were told there is sure accident to happen and owner who board the dog will bear own responsibilities.

We feel that if our dog got injured by accidently cut or sprained due to its ignorance, this could be forgiven. However, we know that ALWAYS at any time, NO two dogs are suppose to be coming out from the cage to run at the compound, especially we remembered the Bull Terrier is ferocious. We heard the that the Bull Terrier ran out of its cage due to the employee forgot to cage our JRT and let out the Bull Terrier and ended up they had a fight and our JRT then was badly injured.

What should we do for such case? Is it really we cannot do anything beside only they willing to pay for Medical Bills??
